We provide a one stop solution for property investors who need their properties furnished and staged for the market. Many investors are time-poor and don’t know what works best in terms of furniture which can lead to overspending. With over a decade of real life experience, we customize our furniture package for each property, from delivering, installing, staging and professional photos - in as short as 4 days. Our service is fast, reliable, fuss-free and transparent with communications from beginning to end.


The company initially started from a personal interest in the property industry. My husband and I started to invest in 2008, renovating many properties for capital gain or selling for profit.


May’s Property Staging is based in Sunshine Coast, but services Noosa to the Gold Coast. Most of our clients are property investors just like ourselves. We have real life property management experience as well as interior design skills. We know what a property investor wants as we are one of them.

We are one of few staging companies providing the furniture packages for rentals with practical experience in property management. Our furniture package is much more affordable then what other builders provide in their package and comes with the warranty.


Once the client engages with us, they do not need to lift a finger. From the moment we take the property over from the builder, May’s Property Staging team goes in to furnish and stage the property, with professional photos also being taken (we are partners with one of the best photographers in town). From there, the property is handed back to the management team for marketing and from there, the client starts to collect the rent! Our client doesn’t need to do anything throughout the entire process.

Co-living properties benefit both the community and the owners. These types of properties meet the high demand of the rental market. We are helping our owners to make more affordable living spaces and generate higher income while also helping communities with rental crises - it is win-win for all of us. Our goal is to help more potential clients to do what's best for their properties.
